Michelle Gregg

Instructional Designer based in Ocala, FL, focused on building learning experiences that connect theory to real practice.

Background

I'm an Instructional Designer with an M.A. in Instructional Design and Technology, and I build online, hybrid, and face-to-face degree programs for higher education. I partner with faculty, subject matter experts, and academic leadership on that work, and I'm fluent in AI and prompt engineering; I use it to move faster through the instructional design lifecycle, from early brainstorming through content creation, without skipping the review step that makes it actually usable.

I currently work as a Learning Designer (Contractor) at Tiffin University, where I build courses in Moodle, design AI-powered chatbots and SCORM packages for self-paced learning, and create infographics and interactive activities that reinforce key concepts. I'm also an Instructional Designer (Contractor) at Herzing University, where I've created over 50 new courses supporting the launch of new business programs at the bachelor's and master's levels using Canvas, ADDIE, and Design+. Previously, as an Instructional Systems Designer at C² Technologies, I drove the end-to-end ISD process for Interactive Multimedia Instruction and blended learning solutions, authoring design plans, storyboards, and scripts for Web-Based Training.
